Red Rock Property Management (“Red Rock Property Management,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of personal information obtained through our website, electronic communications, rental applications, tenant portals, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how Red Rock Property Management collects, uses, maintains, and discloses personal information and applies to all individuals who access or use the Services.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Red Rock Property Management may collect personal information voluntarily provided by individuals in connection with inquiries, rental applications, leasing activities, property management services, or other communications. Such information may include, without limitation, names, mailing addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, dates of birth, government-issued identification where legally permitted or required, employment and income information, financial information, emergency contact information, and other information submitted in connection with tenancy or property management services. The Company may also collect information automatically when users access the Services, including internet protocol addresses, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, access times, and interaction data.

The Company collects and uses personal information solely for legitimate business purposes, including processing rental applications and tenant screenings, administering leases and property management services, communicating with tenants, applicants, property owners, and vendors, responding to inquiries, maintaining business and accounting records, improving the functionality and performance of the Services, and complying with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Red Rock Property Management does not sell personal information. Personal information may be disclosed to property owners represented by the Company, third-party service providers performing services on the Company’s behalf (including tenant screening services, maintenance vendors, technology providers, and payment processors), and governmental or regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process. Information may also be disclosed as necessary to protect the rights, property, safety, or legal interests of Red Rock Property Management, its clients, or others. All third parties receiving personal information are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of such information consistent with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

To the extent Red Rock Property Management conducts tenant screening or rental application processing, such activities are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), applicable state fair housing laws, and other consumer protection statutes. Applicants may have rights under these laws, including the right to receive disclosures, request copies of screening reports, and dispute inaccurate information.

For residents and applicants in the State of Washington, Red Rock Property Management complies with applicable provisions of the Revised Code of Washington, including but not limited to the Washington Consumer Protection Act and the Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW Title 59). Tenant screening practices are conducted in accordance with RCW 59.18.257, and personal information is handled consistent with Washington’s data breach notification requirements under RCW 19.255.010 et seq. In the event of a data breach involving personal information as defined by Washington law, affected individuals will be notified as required by statute.

For residents and applicants in the State of Idaho, Red Rock Property Management complies with applicable provisions of the Idaho Code, including Idaho’s data breach notification requirements set forth in Idaho Code § 28-51-104. In the event of a security breach involving personal information, the Company will provide notice to affected individuals in accordance with Idaho law.

The Services may utilize cookies, pixels, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to enhance functionality, analyze website usage, and improve user experience. The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms not operated or controlled by Red Rock Property Management. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of third-party websites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such sites.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and Red Rock Property Management does not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Red Rock Property Management reserves the right to amend or update this Privacy Policy at any time in its sole discretion.
